Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide professional technical support to customers via email, phone, and live chat.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with web-based and cloud-hosted applications.
• Log and manage incidents through the ticketing system and escalate as needed.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure effective issue resolution.
• Contribute to automation and AI-driven improvements in support processes.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of features and contribute to knowledge base.
