Job summary

Pronel Personnel is seeking a Software Implementation Engineer (AI & Agentic Automation) to design and deploy AI-powered solutions that extend client workforces in Ballito, KwaZulu-Natal.

You'll integrate AI with CRMs/ERPs, build autonomous agents, and craft event-driven workflows using APIs, webhooks and automation platforms, translating business requirements into scalable technical outcomes. This role blends AI, cloud tech and real-world enterprise use cases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, software engineering or related field.
• 2–5+ years in software implementation or systems integration.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, and CRM integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy AI-powered solutions that extend clients’ workforce.
• Integrate AI with CRMs, ERPs, payment platforms and communications channels.
• Design event-driven workflows using APIs, webhooks and automation platforms.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Test and refine AI performance for reliable production deployments.
• Work directly with clients to deliver measurable business outcomes.
