Job summary

Sangfor Technologies is seeking a highly motivated field application engineer, system engineer, or support engineer to join our team. You will work with customers to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, while providing training and documentation to ensure successful deployment of Sangfor solutions.

The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of Network, Cloud, Infrastructure, and Linux technologies and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Network, Cloud, Infrastructure, and Linux technologies.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Network, Cloud, Infrastructure, and Linux systems.
• Provide technical support to customers.
• Develop and deliver technical training.
• Write technical documentation.
• Work with other engineers to design and implement new solutions.
