You will lead cross-functional teams, including CRAs, data managers, and site personnel, to ensure the successful and compliant delivery of high-quality clinical trial data. This is an office-based position where you will play a vital role in advancing pharmaceutical research and development in the region. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of clinical trial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage clinical trial protocols, project plans, budgets, and timelines.
• Oversee the selection, training, and management of clinical trial sites and personnel.
• Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP guidelines, regulatory requirements, and company SOPs throughout the trial lifecycle.
• Manage data collection, monitoring, and quality control processes to ensure data integrity.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities, ethics committees, and other stakeholders as required.
• Prepare study progress reports, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.

Requirements
