Responsibilities

About the Role

You will be responsible for site monitoring, data collection, and ensuring the integrity and quality of trial conduct. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct site initiation visits, interim monitoring visits, and site closure visits for clinical trials.

• Verify the accuracy, completeness, and quality of clinical data collected at study sites.
• Train and support site staff on study protocols, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Act as the primary liaison between the sponsor and investigative sites, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
• Prepare and maintain accurate site-specific documentation, including monitoring visit reports and essential documents.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a life science, nursing, or a related scientific field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate (CRA), with at least 2 years in a senior capacity.
• Thorough understanding of ICH-GCP guidelines and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Experience in monitoring multi-center clinical trials across various therapeutic areas.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in English and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with site personnel.
