Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an accomplished Clinical Trial Manager to oversee pharmaceutical research projects remotely across multiple locations. This senior role requires strategic planning, execution, and comprehensive oversight of trials from inception to completion, leading cross-functional teams and ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will manage study budgets, vendor relationships with CROs and central labs, monitor progress, identify risks, and drive timely trial completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare discipline; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive clinical trial management experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven experience in managing multi-center, international clinical trials.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive clinical trial plans with timelines and budgets.
• Mentor and lead clinical trial staff including CRAs and coordinators.
• Oversee CROs and central labs, ensuring quality and compliance.
• Ensure adherence to ICH-GCP, SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement proactive solutions for timely trial completion.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
