Job summary

Quro Medical is seeking a Clinical Engagement Representative to act as the face of the company to general practitioners and their practice teams in the assigned region. This non-clinical role focuses on building trusted relationships, explaining Hospital-at-Home criteria, and simplifying referrals while traveling across the region.

Qualifications

• A relevant qualification in one of the healthcare fields listed.
• At least three years' experience in a clinical, healthcare or medical representative environment.
• Ability to build credible relationships with doctors and healthcare teams.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the region.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain professional relationships with GPs, practice managers and nursing staff.
• Educate doctors on Hospital-at-Home model and admission criteria.
• Support referral processes and be first point of contact for queries.
• Plan and execute a structured practice visit schedule.
• Gather practitioner feedback and relay to operations and clinical teams.
• Represent Quro Medical at meetings and regional forums.
