Job summary

IsoMetrix is seeking a Software Support specialist to provide live client support in our IT software development environment. You will manage tickets, classify issues, replicate bugs and liaise with customers to ensure timely resolutions.

The ideal candidate has a Grade 12, 3+ years in software support, and fluent English. IT qualification and exposure to QlikView or web-based software, plus familiarity with IsoMetrix, are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or equivalent with 3+ years in software support.
• Fluent in English and clear communication.
• Experience in software support within an IT software development environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage support tickets via internal system.
• Ticket classification and replication of issues.
• Provide customer fixes and liaise with clients.
• Monitor the Support Dashboard and escalate issues as needed.
• Collaborate with Support Service Manager and Account Managers on process improvements.
• Provide mobile application support.
