Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture relationships with allocated clients to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct regular client check-ins and identify client needs and opportunities for improvement.
• Respond to client queries and elevate technical matters while tracking progress.
• Collaborate with Technical, Finance, Sales and Marketing teams for issue resolution.
• Manage client onboarding documentation, configurations, SLAs, and data in internal systems.
• Assist with client billing by loading new clients onto Xero and reconciling payments.
• Prepare and maintain client statistics, reports, and performance information.
• Manage client communications including SMS registrations, reminders, maintenance notifications, and queries.
• Lead special projects such as client surveys, launches and events.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance service delivery.
