Job summary

Adcorp in Cape Town – Century City is seeking a Client Success Manager to drive efficient and profitable client service delivery in line with SLAs and pricing schedules.

The role is permanent and requires up to 2 years of supervisory or HR generalist experience. A Grade 12/NQF Level 5 and a degree in Business or HR are preferred but not mandatory, with duties spanning payroll, reporting, and client liaison.

Qualifications

• Experience: Up to 2 years supervisory or HR generalist experience.
• Education: Grade 12 NQF Level 5; Degree in Business or HR preferred.
• TES experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee admin and payroll management; ensure payroll procedures and deadlines are met.
• Check, verify and approve preextract payroll reports; ensure correct job requisition from the Client.
• Ensure orders are authorized and job requisitions sent to Resource Centre; maintain relationship with Resource Centre.
• Provide feedback to Resource Centre on candidates supplied; ensure all assessments and verifications are completed.
• Coordinate transportation, brief assignees, and arrange recruitment or replacement staff as required.
• Report on daily fill rate; forecast peak labour requirements and manage timekeeping and shifts.
• Ensure client invoicing is on time and liaise with credit control to resolve queries.
• Coach and mentor assignees and manage disciplinary issues when needed.
• Ensure regulatory and SOP compliance and support SLAs and client governance.
