Job summary

Nedbank Springs is seeking a client service professional to educate clients on self-service digital solutions while solving sales and service needs to meet business goals and grow market share. You will engage clients, understand their needs, and offer the right Nedbank products and services.

Responsibilities include responding to client needs, educating on subscriptions, building trust, cross-selling, and ensuring onboarding is aligned with Nedbank policies.

Qualifications

• Diploma (NQF Level) required.
• FAIS Approved Qualification preferred.
• 1-2 years of retail/banking client service, sales or relationship experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client needs by offering the right service and solution.
• Educate clients on subscribing to and servicing their accounts.
• Build client trust through expert guidance and service excellence.
• Cross-sell products and facilitate the sales process.
