Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher qualification required
• FAIS Approved Qualification is preferred
• Experience in retail or banking sales and client service is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Engage clients and respond to needs by offering appropriate solutions
• Educate clients on self-service channels and digital tools
• Cross-sell products and services to grow the client portfolio
• Own and manage client requests end-to-end, routing to other units when needed
• Maintain compliant client interactions in line with FICA and FAIS requirements
