Job summary

LexisNexis Legal & Professional seeks an Implementation Specialist to drive successful delivery and adoption of compliance solutions. You will build strong client relationships, support product implementation, and contribute to retention and growth across assigned accounts.

You will collaborate with internal teams to understand needs, deliver solutions, and ensure a positive customer experience, while aiming to exceed annual revenue targets through upselling and cross-selling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in sales and account management with deep product knowledge.
• Strong understanding of business drivers and market dynamics.
• Ability to position solutions to meet client needs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual revenue targets through new business, upselling, and cross-selling.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
• Identify and progress sales opportunities through the full sales cycle.
• Develop and execute account and territory sales plans.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools and forecast activity.
• Lead negotiations and collaborate with internal partners to close deals.
• Act as a trusted advisor by understanding products and customer needs.
• Respond to customer inquiries and support issue resolution.
• Use data and insights to improve sales effectiveness.
