LexisNexis Legal & Professional seeks an Implementation Specialist to drive successful delivery and adoption of compliance solutions. You will build strong client relationships, support product implementation, and contribute to retention and growth across assigned accounts.

You will collaborate with internal teams to understand needs, deliver solutions, and ensure a positive customer experience, while aiming to exceed annual revenue targets through upselling and cross-selling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in sales and account management with deep product knowledge.
• Strong understanding of business drivers and market dynamics.
• Ability to position solutions to meet client needs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

About the Role

The Implementation Specialist supports the successful delivery and adoption of compliance solutions for assigned customer accounts. This role focuses on building strong client relationships, supporting product implementation, and contributing to client retention and growth.

You will work closely with internal teams and clients to understand needs, deliver solutions, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual revenue targets through new business, upselling, and cross-selling.

Requirements

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in business, Commerce, or a related field, or equivalent practical work experience.

Business Acumen:

Demonstrates a solid understanding of general business principles, financial concepts, products/services, and market dynamics.

Sales & Account Management Expertise:

5 + years of Proven experience in sales and account management, with deep product knowledge and the ability to position solutions effectively to meet client needs.

Business Expertise:

Understands key business drivers and can align solutions to support client and organizational objectives.

Problem Solving & Decision-Making:

Applies established procedures to resolve standard issues; analyses information and leverages existing practices to make sound judgments.

Impact & Execution:

Operates within defined processes and procedures to achieve targets and meet deadlines consistently.

Interpersonal & Communication Skills:

Communicates clearly and effectively, presenting information in a structured and appropriate manner. Able to simplify technical concepts and influence clients in routine scenarios.
