Fidelity Services Group is seeking a Client Relations Coordinator to coordinate resolution of client service exceptions and support relationships between the business, bank clients, and branches in South Africa. Qualifications

• Grade 12 / Matric.
• Relevant qualification in Administration, Operations or Customer Service will be advantageous.
• 2-3 years' experience in an administration, coordination, operations or customer service environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate resolution of client service exceptions across Head Office and branches.
• Liaise with Branch Managers to establish reasons for missed or delayed services.
• Track and escalate unresolved or high-impact matters.
• Maintain accurate records and regular reports on service exceptions and resolutions.
• Communicate service requirements clearly to stakeholders and drive timely actions.
• Identify trends and propose process improvements for service delivery.
