Job summary

OUTsurance is seeking a client care specialist in Gauteng to upsell existing policies while providing exceptional service to incoming calls from current clients. The role requires high attention to detail and professional handling of client queries or complaints.

You will contribute to sales targets through effective upselling and maintain a client-centric approach consistent with OUTsurance values of Awesome Service, Dynamic, Honest, Human, Passionate and Recognition.

Qualifications

• Matric or equivalent required.
• FAIS accreditation essential (RE and Full Qualification) for applicants that have been in financial services prior to December 2010; RE5 completed preferred.

Responsibilities

• Upsell existing clients and service incoming calls in the Client Care Department.
• Handle client queries or complaints professionally, efficiently and competently.
• Maintain high attention to detail and execution in client interactions.
