You will address client queries and complaints professionally, in line with quality standards and company values.

The ideal candidate has extensive sales and customer service experience, FAIS accreditation and RE5, with ability to cross-sell while maintaining service excellence.

Qualifications

• Extensive sales and customer service experience is essential.
• Responsible for cross-selling existing policies while maintaining excellent customer service.
• FAIS accreditation and RE5 completed are highly preferred; applicants with prior financial advice experience are not prejudiced.
• Ability to align personal work values with OUTsurance.
