The ideal candidate will excel in communication, negotiations, and independent portfolio management, while coordinating with internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery in the Garden Route region.

Qualifications

• Experience in client-facing roles in financial services.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage a client portfolio independently.
• Proficiency with CRM and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture relationships with a dedicated client base.
• Understand client needs and offer tailored financial solutions and advice.
• Conduct regular client reviews to assess satisfaction and identify new opportunities.
• Handle client inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently and professionally.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery for clients.
