You will guide clients through onboarding, explain how systems work and provide ongoing support via phone, email and virtual meetings.

The ideal candidate communicates exceptionally well, explains technical processes simply, and stays patient and professional.

Qualifications

• Fluent English, both spoken and written.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to learn new software quickly.
• Ability to explain software to non-technical users.
• Good organisational skills.
• Comfort with video calls and email.

Responsibilities

• Guide new clients through onboarding with relevant software.
• Learn new software and internal tools quickly.
• Demonstrate features and explain usage step by step.
• Provide friendly customer support via phone, email and virtual meetings.
• Answer client questions and troubleshoot basic issues.
• Follow up to ensure understanding and comfort using the system.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.
• Maintain records of interactions, onboarding progress and queries.
• Build positive client relationships for a smooth onboarding experience.
