Job summary

FNB POP in Vryburg is seeking a Branch Advisor to provide compliant financial guidance in a high-volume branch, aligned with FAIS, FICA and TCF principles. You will serve existing clients and welcome new ones, helping them choose suitable banking solutions with integrity.

You will build lasting client relationships, educate customers on the right channels, manage leads and referrals, and contribute to achieving branch targets while maintaining accurate records and strong compliance awareness.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: NQF Level 5 Certificate in Banking, Business Administration, Customer Service, or related FAIS-recognised field.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer-facing environments within financial services.
• Strong FAIS knowledge, TCF principles, and compliant client advice.
• Ability to meet sales, service, and compliance targets.

Responsibilities

• Provide compliant financial advice and walk-in clients within a high-volume branch environment.
