Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Client Service Associate to join our Mahikeng team in North West. You will deliver exceptional service by handling inquiries, updating records in the CRM, and processing service orders to ensure client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a Grade 12 certificate, prior client service or administrative experience, and strong communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic CRM usage is required, with attention to detail and organization valued

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Grade 12 certificate; post-secondary education is an advantage.
• Previous experience in a client service or administrative role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM usage.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Provide information about company services and resolve client issues.
• Maintain accurate client records and update information in the CRM system.
• Process client requests, applications, and service orders.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any outstanding concerns.
