Job summary

Lyra Health, based hybrid in South Africa, is seeking a National Support Centre Administrator to handle inbound calls and support data integrity. You will document client requirements, route requests, and coordinate project updates. The role focuses on accuracy, timely data entry, and proactive client engagement.

Hours are 9am–5pm with shift work; matric is required and you will support the National Support Centre Manager with administrative tasks and reporting.

Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12 required.

Responsibilities

• Answer all calls at National Support Centre.
• Ensure accurate data entry for all callers.
• Route calls to the correct specialised unit.
• Support with project updates as required by the support container.
• Assess client needs via telephone and document requirements.
• Provide referrals to internal/external resources as needed.
• Create service enquiries for all callers in the system.
• Conduct client satisfaction surveys to maintain high standards.
• Enter high-volume data into Lyra database with speed and accuracy.
• Regularly clean and deduplicate datasets to ensure data quality.
• Maintain hygiene of the database to prevent duplicates.
