Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years customer relationship management experience.
• 3+ years EAP experience.
• Understanding of business missions, supplier promise and strategy, and performance implications for market success.
• Project management experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of large corporate EAP and wellbeing clients.
• Ensure excellent client service and outstanding customer experience with effective SLA adherence.
• Effective identification and mitigation of risk and pursuit of opportunities for portfolio growth.
• Administration and financial management: accurate client data, invoicing support, debt tracking and renewal negotiations.
