Old Mutual Life Assurance Company (SA) Ltd (PFA) is seeking a Customer Service/CRM Support role to handle routine inquiries, verify CRM data, and assist with follow-up actions while upholding legal and internal standards.

You will develop customer relationships, identify sales opportunities, and support business development tasks using established procedures. NQF Level 5 or higher is required, along with a strong customer focus and communication skills.

• Reception and information support for visitors and customers.

Responsabilités

• Carry out standard customer service activities and handle simple customer inquiries.
• Assess compliance with established standards and protocols for routine inquiries.
• Receive visitors and assist with information requests; refer complex matters.
• Ensure basic CRM data accuracy and record follow-up actions.
• Interview customers to clarify requirements using a sales script.
• Make calls to allocated potential customers to build relationships and identify opportunities.
• Follow mandatory procedures to meet quality standards and regulatory codes.
• Provide routine business development support and assist others per procedures.
• Identify potential customers through referrals and information gathering.
• Input data into spreadsheets or standard formats and maintain data quality.
• Demonstrate understanding of networking value in a professional context.
