Job summary

OUTsurance in Centurion is seeking a dynamic Client Care professional to upsell existing policies while providing excellent service to current clients. The role demands attention to detail and professional handling of queries and complaints in a fast-paced call center environment.

The successful candidate will have extensive sales and customer service experience, with FAIS accreditation preferred, and a commitment to OUTsurance values such as Awesome Service and Integrity.

Qualifications

• Extensive Sales and Customer service experience is essential
• Previous call centre experience - preferably in a client centric or sales environment
• Responsible to up-sell existing policies

Responsibilities

• Upsell existing client as well as service incoming calls from existing clients within the Client Care Department.
• Handle client queries or complaints in a professional, efficient, and competent manner.
