Job summary

TAC Recruitment (Pty) ltd in Pretoria is seeking a Retentions/Customer Care professional with insurance sales experience. You will contact clients with payment concerns, apply strategic objection handling to retain business, and manage payment arrangements while ensuring FAIS and TCF compliance.

Responsibilities include CRM record accuracy, collaboration with internal teams, and providing tailored insurance options to clients based on their needs.

Qualifications

• Matric is required.
• RE5 Qualification is required.
• FAIS-compliant (RE5 and/or relevant qualification) advantageous.
• Class of Business (Essential or advantageous).
• Minimum 2 years in Retentions/Customer care/sales (insurance preferred).
• Familiarity with CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Contact clients who wish to cancel or missed payments; provide tailored solutions.
• Use objection handling to retain clients and reduce policy cancellations.
• Manage and follow up on payment arrangements and outstanding premiums.
• Offer alternative cover, discounts, or payment options.
• Educate clients on the value and relevance of company’s insurance.
• Maintain accurate client records on the CRM.
• Handle client interactions professionally, ensuring FAIS and TCF compliance.
• Liaise with internal departments to resolve client queries.
• Share insights with management on trends in cancellations and client behavior.
• Collaborate with your team; uphold company values and compliance.
