You will monitor contract performance, develop schedules with management, address issues swiftly, and supervise training on standards and safety. Strong MS Office skills and multi-project management are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in contract management, preferably in cleaning/facilities management.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning processes, materials and equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee execution of cleaning contracts and ensure compliance with terms.
