Empact Group is seeking a detail-oriented Contract Manager to oversee cleaning contracts for our retail facilities. You will coordinate between staff and management to ensure compliance with service agreements and maintain high cleanliness standards across our shopping environments.

The role requires experience in contract management within facilities maintenance, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects independently while controlling costs and safety protocols.

• Address and resolve issues or complaints related to cleaning services promptly.
• Provide training and support on cleaning standards and safety protocols.
• Manage expenditures related to cleaning services.
