Empact Group is seeking a Regional Manager with HACCP site experience to oversee cleaning operations across multiple sites in the region. You will lead a diverse team of cleaning professionals, drive operational efficiency, and ensure safety and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include developing strategies, supervising daily operations, training staff, managing client relations, and monitoring performance metrics to implement improvements.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in a management role within cleaning or facilities services.
• Demonstrable experience in operational management, including staff supervision and training.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning standards, health and safety regulations, and quality assurance processes.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage teams and client relations.
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and utilize them to drive service improvement.
• Proficient in using management software and tools for operational oversight.

• Conduct regular site inspections to assess service quality and operational effectiveness.
• Analyze service data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with other departments to streamline operations and ensure availability of necessary supplies and equipment.
• Prepare and manage regional budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations while achieving service targets.
