Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 5+ years of civil site development and stormwater experience.
• Registration with ECSA advantageous.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and stormwater modeling software.

Responsibilities

• Design site layouts, grading, and earthworks for land developments.
• Develop stormwater plans including detention/retention systems.
• Design utility systems (water, sewer, and conduits).
• Conduct site investigations and feasibility studies.
• Prepare drawings, calculations, and specifications with CAD.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, and consultants.
• Provide construction phase support and inspections.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and environmental standards.
• Manage timelines and contribute to cost estimates.
