Placements24 is seeking a Civil Engineer to lead site development projects in the Mahikeng area. You will plan and design grading, drainage, utilities and access roads, coordinating with clients and regulatory bodies to meet standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• 2–4 years of experience in site development and land development engineering.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D or equivalent design software.
• Understanding of local zoning ordinances, building codes and environmental regulations.
• Strong communication and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Plan and design site development elements including grading and drainage.
• Prepare site plans, drainage reports and construction specifications.
• Coordinate with clients, architects and consultants to align site design with project goals.
• Obtain permits and approvals from local authorities and regulatory bodies.
• Oversee construction activities ensuring quality and adherence to design.
• Conduct site investigations and feasibility studies for potential developments.
