Job summary

Fidelity Services Group (Pty) Ltd seeks an experienced Branch CIT Supervisor at the Kokstad branch to ensure efficient Cash in Transit operations. The role requires a clear criminal record, PSIRA Grade C, CIT certificate and firearm competency, plus strong leadership and planning abilities.

Responsibilities include client service, risk management, staff supervision, HR/IR tasks and Transtrack duties, with long/ irregular hours and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Clear criminal record
• PSIRA accreditation with Grade C
• CIT certificate
• Firearm competency (handgun)
• Computer literacy (compulsory)
• 5+ years in CIT or similar
• CIT supervisory experience advantageous
• HR/IR knowledge
• ISO9001:2015 knowledge
• Transtrack knowledge
• Strong planning, leadership, organisational and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver’s license and own transport
• Ability to work under pressure
• Willing to work irregular hours
• Clear disciplinary record

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily CIT operations for the branch and communicate with staff
• Ensure client service per contractual requirements
• Maintain good relations between branch and clients
• Manage staff and client retention
• Conduct risk management and reporting
• Handle administrative requirements of daily operations
• Take responsibility for vehicle maintenance and security systems
• Report accidents and suspicious activity promptly
• Coordinate with management and staff
• Handle HR/IR related issues
• Perform Transtrack duties
• Manage CIT schedules during transit
