Job summary

Fidelity Services Group invites applications for a Worcester branch position to support the Operations Manager in the Cash in Transit division, ensuring CIT operations follow planned procedures and schedules. The role requires driving duties, security awareness, and coordination with controllers and management.

Applicants should have a PSIRA Grade C, a CIT certificate, firearm competency, a clear criminal record, computer literacy, and at least 3 years in security.

Qualifications

• Must have a clear criminal record.
• PSIRA Grade C qualification and CIT certificate are required.
• Firearm competency (handgun) is required for business purposes.
• Computer literacy is mandatory and advantageous in daily ops.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in security or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for the vehicle: report faults, refuel, operate security systems and keep the vehicle clean.
• Assist with daily operational requirements in the CIT service.
• Ensure security and manage movement of CIT schedules during transit.
• Drive the CIT vehicle when needed and liaise with controllers.
• Maintain documentation such as rosters and routine reports for management; report delays immediately.
• Implement risk management and security compliance and liaise with clients and staff.
