Fidelity Services Group is seeking a Branch Operations Supervisor in Limpopo to oversee CIT logistics, security, and client service across branches. The role requires PSIRA registration, fleet management know-how, and strong administration skills.

You will lead monthly visits, budgeting for CIT regions, and quarterly evaluations, while ensuring ISO 9001/9002 compliance and timely reporting. A proactive, un-supervised work style is essential.

Qualifications

• PSIRA registration and accreditation required.
• Knowledge of fleet management and CIT document control essential.
• Formal management training with 5+ years’ CIT and cash processing experience.
• Experience in sales and marketing is preferred.
• Experience with vehicle tracking systems and related tech.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) essential.

Responsibilities

• Visit branches monthly to ensure efficient operations and meet admin needs.
• Prepare budget plans for CIT regions and monitor targets.
• Compile monthly branch performance reports and submit timely.
• Conduct quarterly evaluations of senior management at branch level.
• Manage ISO 9001/9002 quality management system.
• Oversee monthly operational statements and daily cash logistics.
• Audit branches for policy compliance and security.
• Manage cash risk at branch and on the road.
• Ensure upgrades at branches (building, alarms, safes).
• Draft and enforce policies and procedures.
• Deliver efficient client services across business areas.
• Drive client growth and retention in cash-in-transit.
• Coordinate CIT rollout before service starts.
