Job summary

The role requires developing strategic client relationships, providing market insights, and ensuring portfolio profitability, risk management and compliance. You will work with cross-functional teams, mentor juniors, and lead client engagements to expand the sector portfolio.

Qualifications

• Advanced general client services and/or support capability with seasoned technical experience.
• Client relationship experience preferred.
• Experience resolving complex client services issues, with demonstrated ability to interact across multiple internal stakeholders.
• Seasoned knowledge and/or exposure to banking products, services and channels as well as relevant sector experience with a deeper understanding of relevant industries.
