Qualifications

• Advanced general client services and/or support capability with seasoned technical experience.
• Client relationship experience preferred.
• Experience resolving complex client services issues, with demonstrated ability to interact across multiple internal stakeholders.
• Seasoned knowledge and/or exposure to banking products, services and channels as well as relevant sector experience with a deeper understanding of relevant industries.

Working closely with cross-functional teams, the incumbent will deliver tailored solutions, identify growth opportunities, and support the expansion of the Chinese sector portfolio. The position also requires leading client engagements, monitoring market and regulatory developments, mentoring junior team members, and contributing to the achievement of business objectives through proactive stakeholder management and sector expertise.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

Field of Study: Business Commerce, Consumer Services, Finance, or related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Professional certifications such as CFA, FRM, or equivalent
