Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent qualification in Child Psychology, Developmental Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum of (Specify Years, e.g., 5) years of experience working directly with children in a developmental capacity.
• Strong knowledge of child development theories and assessment tools.
• Experience with early intervention programs.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills.
• Proficiency in virtual communication and collaboration tools for hybrid work.

Responsibilities

• Assess children's developmental progress across cognitive, social, emotional, and physical domains.
• Develop and implement individualized intervention strategies for children requiring additional support.
