Qualifications

• Degree in Child Development, Psychology, ECE, or related field.
• Experience with children in formal education or care setting.
• Familiarity with child development theories and assessment tools.

• Strong observational and analytical skills to identify developmental needs.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with diverse families.

Responsibilities

• Design and facilitate age-appropriate developmental activities for children in-person and virtually.
