2. Sales Leadership: Directing national, regional, and divisional sales functions to drive full-basket selling, cross-selling, and customer acquisition.
3. Pricing Strategy: Owning the pricing philosophy and implementing dynamic pricing tools to improve gross profit and pricing discipline.
4. Supplier Partnerships: Building executive-level relationships with major suppliers to optimize rebates, secure exclusive opportunities, and complete joint business plans.
5. Business Transformation: Leading the shift from a product-led strategy to a holistic, solutions-based ecosystem with specialized industrial verticals.
