Qualifications

• Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or related discipline.
• 10+ years in chemical process engineering, focusing on optimization and troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of process control strategies and analytical techniques.
• Experience with SPC and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage complex technical projects end-to-end.
• Leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead process improvement initiatives, identifying bottlenecks and implementing data-driven solutions.
• Develop and maintain detailed process documentation, including SOPs and operational guidelines.
• Conduct thorough investigations into process deviations and equipment failures, implementing preventive measures.
• Oversee the implementation of new process technologies and equipment upgrades.
• Provide expert technical support to the operations and maintenance teams.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
