You will analyze process data to improve yield, design experiments, implement optimization strategies, and collaborate across operations, maintenance and R&D to deliver measurable performance gains.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
5+ years of experience in chemical process engineering with a focus on optimization.
Proficiency in process simulation software and statistical analysis tools.
Strong understanding of thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, and reaction kinetics.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

Analyze process data to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for yield improvement and cost reduction.
Develop and implement process optimization strategies using statistical analysis and modeling techniques.
Design and execute experiments to validate process improvements and gather data for scale-up.
Troubleshoot complex process issues and recommend sustainable solutions.
Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and R&D teams to ensure seamless implementation of optimizations.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to process efficiency and output.
