- 2–4 years of industrial plant operations or process support experience.
- Strong understanding of unit operations and chemical engineering principles.
- Familiarity with process safety concepts and MOC procedures.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a Bloemfontein plant environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for chemical processes and address operational issues promptly.
- Monitor process parameters and KPIs to ensure optimal operation.
- Assist in implementing process modifications and minor capital projects.
- Participate in safety reviews and ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance.
- Develop and maintain operating procedures and training materials.
- Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
