You will work alongside experienced chefs, contribute ideas for menus, maintain mise en place, ensure food safety, and mentor junior staff. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is required in this dynamic setting.

Qualificações

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Commis Chef in a reputable kitchen or catering establishment.
• Strong understanding of culinary techniques and food preparation.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a team environment.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Passion for food and a desire to learn and grow within the culinary field.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends in Tembisa, Gauteng.
• Basic understanding of inventory management and cost control relevant to your station.
