Qualifications

• Education: Grade 12 / NQF Level 4 or equivalent literacy and numeracy.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform packing and customer service duties.
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers politely and assist with packing and carrying goods.
• Provide professional, friendly service to enhance shopping experience.
• Handle queries courteously and direct to staff when needed.
