Qualifications

• Basic understanding of cash handling and product handling standards (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers politely and offer packing and carrying assistance.
• Provide professional, friendly checkout service.
• Handle customer queries courteously and direct to staff when needed.
• Pack groceries efficiently and securely, separating fragile items.
• Assist with bagging and supporting cashiers during peak times.
• Maintain hygiene and safety in the frontline area.
• Direct customers to open tills and manage trolley flow.
• Follow store procedures and report discrepancies to supervisors.
