Job summary

Abantu Staffing Solutions is seeking a data-driven marketing and sales professional in Gauteng, Centurion. The role focuses on developing campaigns for genuine parts, promotions, and dealer incentives to grow market share and customer loyalty.

You will analyze parts performance, coordinate campaigns, and deliver monthly insights to drive strategy and field support. 3+ years in sales/marketing and strong MS Office would be essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Management, Data Management/ Science, Commerce, Engineering, or an IT-related field
• A postgraduate qualification (i.e. MBA/ MBL/ Honours) would serve as a distinct advantage
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales, after-sales and marketing environment
• Must have a good knowledge of dealer after-sales operations
• Data analysis to derive insights, meaning and themes, and design thinking skills

Responsibilities

• Developing business cases for genuine parts campaigns and promotions, and evaluating their effectiveness by monitoring genuine parts turnover, homogeneous parts group (HPG) and part number sales, as well as customer loyalty
• Develop and implement genuine parts campaigns and promotions
• Work with the after-sales marketing consultant to develop marketing briefs for campaigns and promotions
• Coordinate dealer genuine parts incentive programmes
• Set, monitor, and report on dealer performance targets
• Ongoing monthly analysis of HPG performance
• Prepare monthly performance reports and insights
• Support the field force with dealer performance data
• Develop and distribute dealer campaign bulletins
• Respond to dealer campaign and incentive queries
• Conduct competitor and independent aftermarket (IAM) pricing analysis
• Develop strategic product plans to support business growth
• Identify opportunities to increase sales and market share
• Monitor parts performance and recommend improvements
• Support initiatives that enhance customer loyalty and profitability
