Job summary

TalentEdge Recruitment & Advisory is seeking a Parts Sales Consultant in Rustenburg, South Africa to support franchise parts sales and identify customer needs. You will source parts efficiently, confirm availability, price, and process orders while invoicing and coordinating timely delivery.

The role requires a Matric/Grade 12, at least 3 years in a Parts environment with multi-brand sales experience, strong computer skills, and a Code 8 driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Matric / Grade 12 is required.
• At least 3 years’ experience in a Parts environment.
• Parts sales experience across multiple brands is essential.
• Code 8 Driver’s Licence or higher is required.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer parts needs and provide suitable solutions.
• Accurately capture customer requirements and assess parts needs.
• Source parts, confirm availability, obtain pricing and process orders.
• Invoice and coordinate delivery of parts accurately and timeously.
• Source new parts business accounts within and outside the area of responsibility.
• Maintain attractive parts displays and a customer-friendly environment.
• Apply pricing structures, billing and invoicing procedures correctly.
• Work towards achieving monthly parts sales targets.
• Support teamwork and effective customer service within the dealership.
