Datonomy Solutions (Pty) Ltd in Cape Town seeks a Change Manager for a 10-month onsite contract. You will bridge project teams and business areas, drive readiness activities, training, communications and user adoption.

You will lead change advocacy, engage stakeholders, identify risks, coordinate UAT readiness and Go-Live support, ensuring smooth transitions and measurable adoption across the impacted area.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Organisational Psychology or related field.
• 10+ years’ experience in large-scale organisational or digital transformation.
• 5+ years’ experience within the impacted business area.
• Strong understanding of current operational processes.
• Experience working across teams; cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience in business transformation or system implementation projects.
• Experience supporting training, communications or user adoption activities.
• Knowledge of trade, imports, exports, procurement, finance or supply chain processes (beneficial).

Aufgaben

• Champion the project within the assigned business area and explain objectives.
• Coordinate two-way communication between stakeholders and project team.
• Support training, readiness activities and user adoption.
• Facilitate business readiness assessments and UAT coordination.
• Monitor adoption and feedback; report risks and issues.
• Provide go-live floor support and post-implementation review.
