Job summary

DLK Group is seeking a Change Manager to support adoption of a Contract Management Intake Hub and Risk Management Dashboard in Cape Town. This independent consultant role involves preparing teams for new processes, supporting users during rollout and ensuring a smooth handover, with variable hours across planning, training, testing and go-live.

You will engage stakeholders, develop communications and training materials, and guide readiness activities through pilots and go-live, while balancing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Organisational Psychology, HR, Business Management or Communications.
• Prosci Change Management Certification or CCMP or equivalent certification.
• Proven experience managing change for digital systems or business process improvements.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation, communication and training skills.
• The capacity to meet agreed project commitments alongside any other engagements.
• Public sector or Microsoft 365 implementation experience will be an advantage.
• Hybrid working arrangement in Cape Town.
• Flexibility to work on other engagements alongside this assignment, subject to meeting agreed project commitments.
• Opportunity to support adoption of two practical digital solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identifying stakeholder groups and assessing the impact of the new processes.
• Developing communication, training and adoption plans for both workstreams.
• Engaging business owners, contract managers, administrators and change advocates.
• Preparing user communications, guides and training materials.
• Facilitating demonstrations, training and readiness activities.
• Supporting user acceptance testing, the pilot, go-live and knowledge transfer.
• Gathering feedback and tracking adoption issues.
