Job summary

JVR Software in Tshwane is seeking a strong operational leader to head warehouse management from the ground up. You will manage people, analyse performance reports, and resolve on-the-floor challenges, including a team of approximately 70 staff per shift.

You will oversee receiving to dispatch, ensure inventory integrity, drive cost-saving initiatives, and uphold health and safety and ISO standards while coaching teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ warehouse management experience in automotive parts preferred.
• Proven experience leading large warehouse teams including supervisors and stock personnel.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, cycle counts and stock reconciliations.
• Experience with receiving, warehousing, picking, packing and dispatch operations.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and KPI tracking.

Minimum requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ warehouse management experience , preferably within the automotive parts industry.
• Proven experience managing large warehouse teams, including supervisors, pickers, packers and dispatch personnel.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, stock control, cycle counts and stock reconciliations.

• Candidates with supervisory experience only and no proven warehouse management background.
• Purely administrative or logistics coordination profiles without hands‑on warehouse experience.
• Candidates without strong inventory control and people management experience.
